Ore Pharmaceuticals has developed a state-of-the-art imaging program that allows the pharmacological action of a drug to be visualized non-invasively throughout an entire mouse. Using a sophisticated combination of bioluminescence imaging technologies and multiple strains of transgenically-engineered mice, we can evaluate the effect of a compound on key signal transduction pathways.

Rapid analysis of spatial and temporal pharmacodynamics across the entire animal body can often point toward effects in unexpected organs and cell systems. This information also can be integrated with data from our other technologies to better predict whether such novel actions could be beneficial in an alternative disease indication.
