In October 2009, Ore Pharmaceuticals Inc. became a wholly owned subsidiary of a new company, Ore Holdings Inc. All the outstanding shares of Ore Pharmaceuticals Inc. were converted into shares of Ore Holdings, and Ore Holdings then became the publicly traded company.
